Making a complaint
Content and safety. Use the report option on any post, comment, message or profile. You can track your reports in My Reports.
Moderation decisions. Appeal within thirty (30) days by emailing Admin@swingable.co.uk. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.
Data protection. Email Admin@swingable.co.uk with "data protection" in the subject line. We acknowledge data-protection complaints within thirty (30) days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
